However, it’s crucial to note that Justins Plumbing will not be held liable for any costs associated with scheduling or booking emergency services. In the event of a cancellation, a fee of $350 plus GST will be applicable. This fee covers administrative and operational costs incurred due to the cancellation of the emergency service appointment. Customers are advised to review their schedules carefully and confirm their emergency service requests to avoid any cancellation fees.

• 11 am to 12 pm: Justins Plumbing charges a call-out fee of $450 plus GST for service requests made between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please note that these fees are subject to change, and it’s advisable to verify the current rates when scheduling services.
• 8 am to 11 am (Local Areas): Justins  Plumbing In addition to the complimentary free quote service offered during the 8 am to 11 am period for local areas, Justins Plumbing also provides a free initial consultation lasting up to 15 minutes for all service inquiries. However, should the consultation extend beyond this timeframe, a service fee of $150 plus GST will be applied. This fee accounts for the additional time and resources dedicated to addressing complex or extensive plumbing needs. Customers are encouraged to utilise the initial 15-minute consultation effectively and clarify any concerns to avoid incurring additional charges.
• 12 am to 8 am: For service requests made between 12:00 am and 8:00 am, Justins Plumbing applies a call-out fee of $650 plus GST. As with all pricing, these fees are also subject to change, so it’s important to check the current rates when arranging services.

Additionally, Justins Plumbing strongly recommends obtaining three quotes before commencing any plumbing work. This practice allows customers to compare prices, evaluate services, and make informed decisions regarding their plumbing needs. By obtaining multiple quotes, customers can ensure they receive competitive pricing and quality service.
